Please use this form to upload your supporting documents. These documents are provided to prospective schools and to the Departments of Labour and Immigration in Vietnam as required to secure your visa and work permit.

IMPORTANT: Before completing the form please read through to ensure you have all the necessary files on your phone or computer ready to upload

  • Copy of your passport biometrics page

  • TEFL certificate if you have one

  • Degree certificate of Letter confirming attendence from your University

  • Police certificate

  • Video introduction (short video of yourself on your phone. It should last approx. 60-90 seconds. Please briefly introduce yourself and talk about your motivation to teach in Vietnam.
